ADHD Suffolk

Welcome to a journey of transformation, understanding and empowerment.

Hello, I’m Christina an ADHD coach and consultant.

I'm here to partner with individuals to work towards a life of focus, fulfilment, and success and with organisations to guide those who use the services and those who support them. I also run a free monthly peer support group for adults with ADHD in Suffolk.

In all of these roles, I'm here to be a partner, advocate, and cheerleader.

I'll celebrate victories, offer support during setbacks, and empower you, your services users or staff to embrace their unique journey of ADHD with confidence.

My Services

At Vast Minds, I offer specialised services for individuals with ADHD who are seeking 1:1 coaching, a peer support group or organisations who are looking for guidance for those who use their services and those who support them. My 1:1 coaching sessions are bespoke to each individual and tailored to help clients with ADHD develop effective strategies to improve focus, confidence and productivity. I provide bespoke strengths based coaching, practical tools, executive function skills, and ongoing support to help clients navigate daily challenges and successfully achieve their goals. Whether you're looking for individual coaching, peer support or training and consultancy, I am here to help.

I work with both private and funded clients. Coaching can be funded by your employer, privately or through Access to Work.

Why Choose Me?

My own journey with ADHD has been both challenging and enlightening. I understand first hand the struggles of navigating a world that doesn't always seem designed for our unique way of thinking and processing.

After many years of distraction, forgetting my keys, losing paperwork, missing deadlines and struggling to keep my house tidy, I was diagnosed with ADHD.

In true ADHD style, I embarked on a journey of learning everything I could about ADHD - also known as VAST - Variable Attention Stimulus Traits (a much kinder term that I prefer to use). I listened to podcasts, read books, joined in with webinars and attended lectures. I became an ADHD advocate at work and went on to train as an ADHD coach to support my community.

Whilst life still has its ups and downs, understanding ADHD and how our brains work means that instead of feeling overwhelmed, we can lean into our strengths and experiences to lead a more productive and successful life.
